Meet the powerhouse team behind RDC.

 

RAMONA RANDOLPH

OWNER | CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Ramona Randolph earned a BFA at SCAD Atlanta. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and was the Salutatorian of her class. She worked at May Architecture + Interiors and Insidesign before opening her own firm, R. Randolph Interiors, which works in conjunction with Randolph Designer Cabinetry. She is an avid listener and works diligently with her staff to make every project memorable and outstanding.

Ramona is married to Charles Randolph. Together, they have 4 children, 2 sons-in-law, a daughter-in-law, and three granddaughters. She enjoys gardening, sewing, making artist books, drawing, rendering, and painting. 

The projects at RDC include commercial and residential, specializing in kitchen and bath design.

We focus on bringing a solution to your project, whether you are a homeowner, designer, builder, architect, space planner, or leasing agent.

CAITY SNOW

ASSISTANT TO CREATIVE DIRECTOR | PROJECT MANAGER | DESIGNER

Caity Snow is the assistant to the Creative Director. She has been with RRI and RDC since 2018. With a background in the creative arts, design has always been a passion of hers. She was previously the director of a mixed use performing arts venue in North Hollywood, CA. She and her family relocated to Alpharetta in 2013. Since then she has taken to design and anything creative she can get her hands on. From restoring furniture to home improvement projects she is always looking to get her hands dirty! Working with RRI and RDC, Caity is able to combine both her love of design and her skills of project management to see the firm continue to grow and flourish as a staple in the design community.


ELISE TATUM

ACCOUNTANT

Elise earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Auburn University. After graduation, she worked in the Fortune 500 arena with increasing responsibilities in insurance, commercial and consumer finance, real estate and communications progressing to senior management. Elise now focuses on the small business sector performing business operations and accounting functions. Currently, Elise directs the accounting operations for RRI and RDC and sits on 2 non-profit Board of Directors in the Alpharetta area.  

Elise is a native Atlantan and lives in Alpharetta. She enjoys reading, history and supporting her local community. 


STEPHANIE JACOBS

ADMINISTRATION | SCHEDULING | CABINET DESIGNER

Stephanie earned a master’s degree in public relations at Boston University and a bachelor’s degree in communications at Catawba College. She has been married to Chris for more than 25 years, they met the very first day of college. They have two daughters and have lived in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area for more than 20 years.

Stephanie works part time at Roswell Presbyterian Church as their Director of New Members. She has always been interested in home renovations, organization and making their home aesthetically pleasing.

She enjoys reading, volunteering her time and watching both her daughters play sports.

Shay Folk

Designer

Shay graduated with an Associate's Degree in Interior Design from Chattahoochee Technical College. Growing up alongside a father in construction and watching her grandmother decorate their home, Shay developed a deep passion for design at an early age. With a love for blending functionality with aesthetics, Shay strives to bring creative solutions to every project. Outside of design, Shay enjoys spending time outdoors, admiring the beauty of nature, and cherishing quality moments with family.
